Erica Lau

Erica is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of British Columbia. She is interested in improving the quality and impact of health interventions. Her research has focused on identifying barriers and facilitators to integrating evidence-based health interventions into real-world settings, developing effective implementation strategies, and advancing methods to monitor and evaluate program implementation, scale-up and sustainability. Erica received the Michael Smith Health Research BC Research Trainee Award in 2020. Her research is currently supported by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Research Excellence, Diversity and Independence (REDI) Early Career Transition Award.
