Kate is a clinical pharmacist working in acute care with emergency medicine, surgery, and medicine patient populations. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from the University of British Columbia and completed a PGY1 residency with the Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services. She is interested in the causes, impact, and communication of adverse drug reactions.
ActionADE is a web-based application that allows providers to document and communicate standardized adverse drug event information to providers in other health settings.
